THURSDAY, MAY 28, 5:30 - 8:30 pm

In this class participants will prepare creative and delicious dishes using seasonal produce from local farms. We will also discuss the nutritional benefits of the ingredients we use in class. Each Farm to Table class is unique as we only use what is ripe and fresh at the market that week. A true culinary adventure!

 
THE SWEET LIFE: COOKING FOR BLOOD SUGAR MANAGEMENT  

THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 5:30 - 8:30 pm

If you or someone you love is challenged with hypoglycemia, pre-diabetes or Type II diabetes this class will show you that there is a sweeter side to blood sugar management.
